A conclusion of the contract:
By purchasing in the E-shop, you enter into a contract with Athanor. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) determine the content of this contract.
By creating an order (e.g. by clicking on the button to complete the order), these GTC become binding for you.
The contract is only concluded when we confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have chosen, therefore we ask you to check the correctness of the data you have entered.
The goods offered in the store are sold exclusively to non-entrepreneurial persons, i.e. only to consumers who conclude a legal act for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either their business or their independent professional activities. The offers that appear on our website are therefore not intended for entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are persons or companies with legal personality, which, when concluding a legal act, act within the framework of their business or independent professional activity.
The offered goods are sold only in regular quantities and only to adults.
Further commercial sale of goods is not permitted. Athanor reserves the right not to accept contractual offers that appear to be made for the purpose of commercial resale of goods.
The prices listed in the e-shop are final, including the applicable VAT rate.

Terms of delivery:
You can order goods in our E-shop or contact us with questions by e-mail at email@example.com.
We ship goods worldwide.
When completing the order, you have the option to enter a different billing address and a different delivery address. For trouble-free delivery of the shipment, please pay extra attention when filling in the addresses.
The order is processed immediately after delivery, and our seller will contact you by e-mail to confirm the availability of the goods and to clarify the order if necessary.
An invoice will be sent to you after that.
The shipment is dispatched within 7 days after receiving the payment. For international shipments, the delivery time may be longer, especially on exposed dates (Easter, Christmas, etc.).
Postage and packaging are added to the total price of the goods:
Czech Republic: 10 EUR
EU and SK countries: 30 EUR
Other countries: 39 EUR
Surcharge for packaging – tube: 9 EUR
When ordering posters and other types of goods (DVDs, books) together in one order, multiple postage and packaging is charged, because we send posters, lithographs, drawings in rigid plastic tubes, books, DVD and Blu-ray collections and other types of goods in cardboard boxes . The order is therefore sent in two or more shipments.
If the shipment is not delivered within 1 month of order confirmation, inform us and Athanor will file a claim with the Czech Post (Czech Post has a 3-month deadline to process a claim).
If the shipment is delivered to you within this period, please inform us immediately.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.
The period for withdrawing from the contract expires fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the ordered goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, you must contact us by email, which will contain:

Once you withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods to us, undamaged and without signs of use, in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of withdrawal at the latest, to the address:

You return the goods at your own expense, which will not be reimbursed to you.
In case of damage to the product packaging during transport, do not pick up the package from the post office !!!
The goods inside the package may be damaged !!! The post office will send the goods back to us in damaged packaging and we will refund you the value of the ordered goods minus the amount for postage.
If you pick up the parcel at the post office with a damaged package, then the goods inside the package may be damaged, then Athanor does not take responsibility for these damaged goods.
If you withdraw from the contract or receive a refund for any other reason, we will refund you in the same way as we received it from you, only in the currency shown on the invoice and in the amount of the price of the goods shown on the invoice.
However, if the money cannot be refunded in the same way, for example your payment card has expired, you are responsible for the correctness of the information you provide for the refund.

2. Athanor will confirm receipt of your complaint by email and review it within 5 working days. They will email you the outcome and try to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
3. As a consumer, you have the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspectorate with a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of a dispute from a purchase contract concluded with Athanor (http://www.coi.cz/)
4. As a consumer within the meaning of Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council of May 21, 2013, Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, you may request a solution to consumer disputes to the online dispute resolution platform available at (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
The personal data of customers is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended by later amendments and regulations. We use all data obtained from customers exclusively for the internal needs of the store and do not provide them to any other persons or companies. The exception is the Czech Post and, in some cases, the bank, to whom customer data is transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods and order processing.
Personal data of customers are fully protected against abuse. Our site is secured by a trusted certificate authority, we use a secure HTTPS protocol, and the site is regularly updated and checked for malware. Data is stored and not shared with third-party applications. By purchasing our goods (by concluding a contract), the customer agrees to the processing and collection of his personal data in our database until he expresses his disagreement with this processing. The customer has the right to access his personal data and the right to correct it, including other legal rights to this data.
